The 2010/11 Premiership season promises to be as intriguing as ever. The established favourites from the title race, Chelsea and Manchester United, will be casting a nervous eye more than their shoulders at the potential impact of Manchester City. Previous challengers Liverpool will wish to progress below a new manager and Arsenal will try and ensure their personal title bid can last the distance this season. Outsiders Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa and Everton could also play a component.

The Favourites – Chelsea and Manchester United

Champions Chelsea, and Runners up, Manchester United, commence as favourites for the Premier League Title in 2010/11. Chelsea are offered a shade above 6/4, as well as the Red Devils are widely on offer at 5/2. With transfer activity getting been relatively low crucial for each, the playing squads remain largely unchanged.

At Chelsea, Joe Cole and Michael Ballack have left, but Yossi Benayoun has arrived. That continuity may supply the Blues with a strong, settled start off on the period. Other clubs desperate to strengthen their actively playing squads may perhaps well take some weeks to come across their best form. Chelsea will rightly commence this period as favourites, but 6/4 appears tight in what will likely be a hugely competitive couple of years.

Manchester United have been very quiet in terms of transfers and seem content to stick with all the squad as it is. Sir Alex Ferguson will hope the younger members of the squad for instance Nani and Darren Fletcher can continue to progress, though the a lot more experienced game enthusiasts like Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs can maintain their standards for one more 12 months. 5/2 Appears a fair selling price – With no new signings there is an opportunity United could be overtaken, but it can be however a very brave punter who backs against the Red Devils.

Manchester City

The team that deliver the authentic ‘unknown quantity’ in the coming title race are Manchester City. Getting spent vast sums through the final 18 months, the expectation for a return on that investment will likely be immense. From the outside, it however appears that signings are staying made with no true thought to squad balance or a unique formation or actively playing type. Yaya Toure joins a growing list of defensive midfielders plus they will not all get a starting berth.

Despite those reservations, City are putting together a squad of impressive talent. Must Roberto Mancini find a way of receiving his side to play to it’s full potential then a shot in the title is really a authentic possibility. Even those avid gamers not commencing games will remain happy though the team is winning. The general 5/1 offered on City illustrates the view that they usually are not witnessed as the completed post just yet.

Other Contenders – Arsenal and Liverpool

The cloud hanging around the future of Cesc Fabregas continues to trouble Arsenal. The Gunners currently ought to replace William Gallas and possibly Sol Campbell and when the spanish midfielder does leave, some main signings is going to be necessary. Marouane Chamakh has come in and Eduardo has departed but there has been precious small else as yet. Arsenal seem to have gone into each and every recent couple of years a single or two gamers light, leaving them vulnerable to injuries, suspensions or dips in type – this year or so appears most likely to be comparable.

Within the plus side, they are a fairly young squad, open to lots of enhancement. Abou Diaby and Alex Song in distinct could deliver the physical presence needed to dispel the myth that the Gunners capitulate when getting ‘roughed up’. At 7/1, Arsenal must hang on to Fabregas to provide full value at that price – but they may well do just that.

Liverpool will probably be seeking to rebuild underneath Roy Hodgson. The acqusition of Joe Cole was well received on the red half of Merseyside – but one from the far better performers from 2009/10, Yossi Benayoun, has left. Much nonetheless depends on Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard plus they need to equally stay if Liverpool are to challenge for the title.

The Cole signing may well just convince them to provide Hodgson a chance. The sale of Alberto Riera reduces the alternatives in terms of playing model and Javier Mascherano may also depart. 14/1 is an accurate reflection with the uncertainty surrounding a lot of with the star gamers. It may perhaps appear exceptionally massive if they all stay with all the club.

The Outsiders – Tottenham, Aston Villa and Everton

Harry Redknapp has mentioned he can win the title with Spurs if he can sign the four avid gamers he wants to. At 40/1 the bookies suspect he is becoming fanciful but after the improvement last year, who knows? In truth, twin campaigns at home and in Europe will possibly take their toll on a squad not utilised on the rigours in the Champions League.

Realistically, Aston Villa and Everton aren’t challengers to the title. Both are accessible at 200/1 or larger. Sadly, each are concentrating additional on retaining their ideal gamers than improving their squads. James Milner has handed in a transfer request and the Toffees have witnessed Steven Pienaar linked which has a host of clubs and rejected a bid from Arsenal for Phil Jagielka. The strengh of each clubs lies in their managers, both Martin O’Niell and David Moyes know precisely what is necessary to succeed inside the Premier League.

With a good amount of transfer news however to unfold, assessing every single clubs chances is tricky at ideal. Arsenal and Liverpool seem to be to provide the greatest worth at present costs, but arrivals and departures are due at the two. The price tag about Manchester City can only get smaller prior to the massive kick off, if further major names join. Expertise might prove crucial throughout the run in and it can be probable to back the two Chelsea and Manchester United and however display a profit if the much less experienced challengers wilt.

G’day TMB’ers!

Starting a separate thread since I’m embarassed of this thread’s lousy content … vs. Changster’s expertised Soccer write-up and vs paulleejs splendid NFLX write-up. Yep this is truly a thread gone wrong !! lol But, hey even Einstein had to come up with Simple Algebraic Patterns before tackling the more sophisticated one. So how simple can today’s picks be 10-11-12 … well I guess 1-2-3 would be easier!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!! Stickin’ to the NFLX Week 3 today even tho’ I’ve been torn an extra ahole from this unpredictable crap. Someone pass the rectal fix cause I’m thrusting deep into the dark unknown cavities of the NFLX Preseason Play again!!!!

10H BALTIMORE RAVENS @ 1.90 OVER NEW YORK GIANTS –

Look, John Harbaugh plays to win 5-1 Against the Spread (ATS) in the Baltimore Ravens last 6 preseason games. Not sure about Eli Manning’s status for the game but can’t see him playing too long after his forehead contusion that he incurred in an earlier preseason game. Back-up Sorgi is out clearing way for Bomar to play most of the game for the New York Giants and I really doubt he’ll have much success vs. a good Baltimore Raven’s defense.

11H HOUSTON TEXANS @ 2.00 OVER DALLAS COWBOYS –

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeekkk!!! Houston Texans have shown nothin’ so far in the preseason other than their defense sucks moose dongs. But, after 2 road losses to start the preseason they should be jacked to finally get a chance to play in front of a homecrowd. As Orlovsky and Schaub will be splitting the QB duties for the Houston Texans and the offshore sportsbook line has climbed from -3 to -5 in most places for the Houston Texans.
Value Play baby!!!

12H MINNESOTA VIKINGS @ 1.60 OVER SEATLLE SEAHAWKS –

Good god you gotta figure Breet Favre is gonna get more than 4 snaps this time out!! RETIRE already!!! Ok we’re all fed up with the Brett Favre retirement and outta retirement story. But, heck he’s a Hall of Famer baby and the Seahags are pure trash!!! Whether it’s Brett Favre, Jackson or Rosenfels the Seahawks will not be able to stop the pass or the the run with Pederson cause they SUCK!!!! First Preseason game at home in the dome for the Minnesota Vikings so BYE, BYE SEATTLE!!!

Well There you have it Gang!

$50 Pays $304

GL to All!

P.S. Have leans to the Chicago Bears … Arizona Cardinals on short week and travel has been excruciating. Phillies as they have owned the Padres at Petco and have owned Garland. Longshot lean to the Arizona D’backs as well as youngster Hudson has impressed while Zito has lost 5 straight decisions and has been owned by the Arizona D’backs. These would be my offshore sportsbook picks.

Arbitrage Spy is this week’s Dish of the Week, and it’s a little various from usual. Sure the distinctive marketing is there once again, though slightly much less ‘flamboyant’ in terms of product sales web page graphics. The ‘out of work actor’ voice over is there again – and this one’s awful! – as is the ubiquitous opt in form to ensure that the vending crew can perma-spam you forever after.

In fact, you actually need to enter your email address just to obtain to the sales letter! Getting gone through the hoops so you are able to see what Arbitrage Spy is all about before giving your details personally, my headline summary is… do not bother!

A bit like the Grolsch ad exactly where the guys break into the bank that’s still becoming built, only to be told by the foreman, “Shtop, this bank isn’t ready yet”… so Arbitrage Spy is not yet ready.

Basically, after signing up and buying (cost is £47), you’ll be sent through the normal Clickbank procedure (great because it means you are able to claim a refund, which I’ve done in this case)… Oh yes, sorry, I forgot to mention the upsell/downsell pages exactly where they attempt to get more money from you in the sales process… clicking the bottom link on every web page enables you to eventually arrive at the download web page.

This is a piece of software for identifying arbitrage* opportunities on UK horse racing. It covers around 25 various bookmakers and the software program goes off and checks the prices on an odds comparison site as well as the current odds on Betfair, and finds arbs depending on your criteria. Sounds reasonable sufficient, right?

*arbitrage is the act of finding back and lay bets on the same horse/team/outcome, which offer the identifier a risk-free wager, irrespective of the outcome.

But… Arbitrage Spy doesn’t have a user manual. There is NO guidance on how to obtain it to work. I’m pretty savvy with software program resources and the like, however it wasn’t obvious to me what I was supposed to complete (and nevertheless isn’t)… If it is not clear to me, then most individuals will struggle horribly with this.

It is an unforgivable oversight to release a piece of software without so much as an instruction video, and it will lead to the vendor receiving nightmarish admin calls. Not that they will necessarily respond to them (although I do not know this first hand, so I could be wrong)…

Moreover, when I came to log in this morning, having bought it yesterday, it hadn’t remembered my login details, and there is no link to easily retrieve this info. In other words, the developer didn’t bother building in a security module and the username and password is hard coded. (Once again, this really is an educated guess on my component, but I strongly suspect I’m right about that)…

In essence, this really is nothing new, as tools such as Racing Synergy (aka Betting Automation) do the same thing, only better, and with infinitely much more instruction. (Some instruction as opposed to no instruction equals infinitely much more instruction!)

My summary is that, as with a thousand betting systems we’ve seen off this – or a similarly anonymous – production line before, Arbitrage Spy is really a half-baked affair that could have been so much better… in fact, it could have been a helpful tool for those who like their bets risk-free with lots of small gains.

But it isn’t. The lack of a user manual renders this useless for many will be arbers, and that in itself is just plain daft. Beyond that, I wasn’t in a position to test the software program in the morning (i.e. this morning) because I couldn’t log on. Yes, perhaps I should have written down my credentials, but I expected to be in a position to effortlessly retrieve them from my email address if needed, like…. well like any sensible and finished software item would enable me to do.

If you like hotel rooms exactly where the builders are still drilling outside the window, or chips that taste like hard potatoes, then you may like this. If, like me, you expect your experience to be ready for you before you take the plunge, you should steer really nicely clear of Arbitrage Spy.

Hey guys.

Survived the family vacation ( me and 4 females ) and I’m off to Mosport tomorrow for a real party with a bunch of other slaves who escaped the dungeon for the weekend( boys only ). Anyways….

Didn’t see much last weekend from Sandusky but I do know that all three of my picks got stuffed. Still thankin’ the guy upstairs for week one’s winner

I’ll grab this on the way to the track for no particular reason.

2H GREEN BAY PACKERS (1.90)
…. Indianapolis Colts better hope Payton Manning doesn’t ever get hurt. And they have no intentions of ever trying to win X games. I’ll ride the Packers at home by four

5H NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (2.00)
…New Orleans Saints Scored 62 points in two games so far. If they score the average and they will they should win by four at home. Offence is a well oiled machine. Even in preseason.

16H DENVER BRONCOS (2.50)
….Denver Broncos are getting somewhat healthy again.
Don’t care who starts. I’m on the the Denver Broncos to win by four or more on Pro Line at mile high against an uninterested Pittsburg Steelers team.

Get ri1chang’s Free NFL Football Picks @ ThatsMyBet.com

I can’t agree more with Green Bay Packers pick above. Since the Indianapolis Colts offensive line is in trouble, Green Bay Packers defense will be out with fire for final tune-up.

One game I will keep my eyes on is Falcons@Dolphins. Falcons Defense, especially Pass defense, is not at the level the coaches want them to be at, also their cornerback position players is where the starting competition is still undetermined; I think Miami & their reliable QBs can move the chain without too much difficulty.

ri1chang will play,

Green Bay Packers by 4
Miami Dolphins by 4,

NFL X WEEK 3 MATCH UPS
****************************************************

ST. LOUIS RAMS @ NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS – 7

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS @ GREEN BAY PACKERS -3.5

ATLANTA FALCON @ MIAMI DOLPHINS -1

WASHINGTON REDSKINS @ NEW YORK JETS -4.5

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES @ KANSAS CITY CHIEFS +1

SAN DIEGO CHARGERS @ NEW ORLEANS SAINTS -3

CLEVELAND BROWNS @ DETROIT LIONS -2.5

CINCINNATI BENGALS @ BUFFALO BILLS +3

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS @ TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS +3

DALLAS COWBOYS @ HOUSTON TEXANS -3

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS @ MINNESOTA VIKINGS -5

TENNESSEE TITANS @ CAROLINA PANTHERS -3

ARIZONA CARDINALS @ CHICAGO BEARS -3.5

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS @ OAKLAND RAIDERS -1

PITTSBURGH STEELERS @ DENVER BRONCOS +1

**************REMINDER!!!

—–> PRO LINE POINT SPREAD NFL FOOTBALL BETTING TIP

When playing NFL Football Pro Line Point Spread, avoid playing 6 game Point Spread tickets. Instead, play 2 separate tickets with the exact same 6 games you selected & pick a random 7th spread event & mark one ticket Visitor win & the other ticket Home win. Now in the event of a winning ticket, your payout is 75:1. On a 6 game Point Spread $100 Pro Line bet, a player would win $3500. Playing 2 tickets for $50 each for a 7 game Point Spread winning ticket pays $3750.

——> RESEARCH THE NFL BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR NFL BETS

Along with finding the right free NFL football picks to bet, research is one of the most important parts of sports betting and proline sports wagering. Finding useful and accurate sources of betting information can often times make, or break, an NFL wager.

Sports Betting Tips Page 2

SPORTS BETTING TIP #6

Avoid blind betting

Sports betting can be very profitable if played correctly, having patience and knowing when to bet is key to success. Don’t just bet because you can, or just because the game is there to bet on it. Pick your bets wisely. Study the facts, do your homework, compare picks to handicappers at TMB, and bet the sports you have success with. If you don’t like UFC and don’t follow UFC, then avoid making bets on the UFC. Initial gut feelings of a possible loss to due not knowing the facts of a wagered game are often right. For example, if NFL Football betting is your strong point, stick to betting the NFL only.

SPORTS BETTING TIP #7

Avoid eating too much chalk

A common disbelief in sports betting is that playing extremely heavy favourites will always win. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Heavy favourites in any sport don’t always win, otherwise we wouldn’t have professional line makers or Las Vegas for that matter. Our advice is to limit your sports betting to bets paying -200 (1.500) and higher. If you play low paying outcomes consistently, betting 2 and 3 game parlays are a great way to help build your bankroll at a lowered risk compared to taking higher paying but lower probable outcomes.

SPORTS BETTING TIP #8

Avoid chasing your losses

Knowing when to quit for the day in sports betting is another key ingredient to success. We all have bad nights from time to time. Avoid hast decisions to chase your losses with an additional bet. After a bad night or a big loss, take a break, get your mind off sports betting and clear your head. A new day means a new opportunity to have a profitable sports betting day. As stated in Sports Betting Tip #2, limiting your bankroll/ and avoiding chase bets will undoubtedly help your sports handicapping ability in the long run.

SPORTS BETTING TIP #9

Knowing when to bet

Making the play at the right time is crucial to building your bankroll. When playing online try to place bets as close to game time as possible. This way, in the event of pre-game scratches or late injury updates, you will have all the facts to make a wise sports betting decision. Watching live line movements throughout the day can often times indicate where the professional players are betting their money. The more a game line drops in price closer to game time, the more likely hood the pros have wagered large amounts of money on that given sports event. Professional players usually watch the public place bets on a particular team all day before betting the opposite team at a much higher price closer to game time. This ensures the pros getting the best high price on the event.

SPORTS BETTING TIP #10

Bet 2 option plays as much as possible

In sports betting, some sports such as betting on soccer presents 3 general options for bettors, win, draw, and lose. Due to the added third option, your bet has now more ways to lose because of the tie/draw factor. Limit your bets to 2 option bets such as NFL Football Money Lines, NHL Hockey Over/Under bets, MLB Baseballl Run Line bets, etc. With only 2 options to bet on, the player has better probabilities of winning the wager. Avoid playing additional or special wagers such as “predicting overtime/predicting extra time” bets as those types of wagers have a low probability (under 10%) and will lower your bankroll throughout time.

NFL Picks by paulleejs @ ThatsMyBet.com

BALATIMORE RAVENS @ WASHINGTON REDSKINS

Ravens are one of the teams that take preseason seriously. Not sure how long Flacco is gonna play, but Baltimore definitely have a better lineup for the backups. The line is currently at Skins -3. Ravens +3 looks good to me.

PITTSBURGH STEELERS @ NEW YORK GIANTS

Eli mANNING IS not playing and Burger appearance made the line jump from -PK to -6.5 in favor of the Steelers. I have a gut feeling that this is gonna be within 3 points. Giants +6.5

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS @ TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS

I watched the TB @ MIA game, and Bucs looked really improved compared to last year. The line opened at -2.5 for Tampa and it’s moving down. Considering how KC played against Hawks, I’ll gladly pick TB -2. Plus this is their home opener, so they’ll probably play with a bang in front of their home crowd to increase the ticket sales.

MIAMI DOLPSHINS @ JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

Not sure about this game. It really could go either way, especially with the thunderstorm in forecast. It’s a pass for me, but if I had to pick, it’d be the Jags.

ST. LOUIS RAMS @ CLEVELAND BROWNS

Similar reason to TB – playing a home opener. Teams which had a bad previous season tend to come out with a bang to impress the home crowd and increase the ticket sales. The line opened at -2.5 in favor of the Browns and now it’s up to -4.0. Also considering how well the Browns played against Packers, and how Rams got demolished last week, I’ll take the Browns.

HOUSTON TEXANS @ NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

Probably the biggest game of the night. It’s gonna be loud in the dome tonight. The best bet for this game would be the over. The line is set at 41 now. If I had to choose sides, I’d pick the saints.

NEW YORK JETS @ CAROLINA PANTHERS

Again, another team with a poor previous season record having a home opener. The line opened at +1 but now it’s up to -1.5 for the Panthers. Panthers should win this one.

OAKLAND RAIDERS @ CHICAGO BEARS

Oakland looks good this year. They’ll continue to experiment what works best for them against the meh Chicago team. Raiders +2.5

DALLAS COWBOYS @ SAN DIEGO CHARGERS

Another pass for me. If I had to pick, I’d choose the Chargers to win.

DETROIT LIONS @ DENVER BRONCOS

Not sure if Tebow is playing tonight… I have a gut feeling the Lions win this outright.

GREEN BAY PACKERS @ SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

The second biggest game of the night. Packers coming off with a loss and Seahawks coming off with a win. Both games registered a lot of points, both in offense and defense. I am pretty sure this game will go over. The line is currently set at 39.5.

It’s preseason… so we are gonna need all the luck we can get. Good luck to all!

The New York Giants started the 2009 season strong, beginning out of the gate 5-0, but they couldn’t continue their early season success. They won just three games the rest of the season to take third in the NFC East. The season was a big letdown after winning 12 games and the NFC East title in 2008. The offense did its part, scoring 25.1 points per game (8th NFL), but a defense that allowed 26.7 points per contest (30th NFL) let down the Giants big time. The Giants have to play much better defense in 2010 if they plan to challenge for an NFC East title.

Offense: Led by Eli Manning, New York put a pretty explosive offensive unit on the field in 2009. Manning threw for 4,021 yards and 27 touchdowns, helping the Giants boast one of the best passing attacks in the NFC.

Pro Bowler Steve Smith joined with Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham to form a very productive receiving unit. The 3 combined for 211 catches, 2,832 yards and 18 touchdowns. The Giants also got solid production from tight end Kevin Boss, and Travis Beckum figures to play a bigger role this year.

New York became more of a pass-first team last season, but head coach Tom Coughlin prefers to set up the pass with the running game, just as he did when the Giants won Super Bowl XLII. Now as long as Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw can stay healthy, the Giants can get back to running the football behind one of the better lines in the league.

Defense: After the defense allowed 40 or more points in five games last season, it was time for Bill Sheridan to move on. The organization is very excited about new defensive coordinator Perry Fewell and his very aggresive scheme. With Fewell calling the defensive signals, we should see the Giants pass rush come back to life.

It was New York’s ferocious pass rush that did Tom Brady and the Patriots in on Super Bowl Sunday a few years ago. That year, the Giants combined an impressive 53 sacks. They got after the quarterback again in 2008 with 42 sacks. But last season, New York only tallied 32 quarterback sacks. Fewell is going to do all he can to have New York living in the backfield again. Osi Umenyiora and Justin Tuck will both be looking for bounce back campaigns, and they’ll be aided by first round draft pick Jason Pierre-Paul.

If the pass rush comes back, the pass defense should be very solid now that safety Antrel Rolle joins a quality defensive backfield.

Prediction: 2nd NFC East – The Cowboys appear to be ahead of the Giants as the 2010 season gets closer, but New York does have enough pieces to be right in the mix for an NFC East crown come December. I ultimately have the Giants coming up just short, but this is a team with the potential to go very far as a Wild Card, just like they did when they won the Super Bowl three years ago.

The NFL is not too big of a stage for this years No. 1 NFL draft pick. The Florida Gators graduate made his very first touchdown in the last play of the Broncos appearance against the Cincinnati Bengals last Sunday. Although his team lost, he was able to get into the end zone on the final play of the 33-24 loss versus the Bengals. There was a lot of boos when he first came onto the field sometime late in the third quarter. It seems as if football fans in Ohio have not forgotten what Tim Tebow did to both Ohio State and the University of Cincinnati in not so far away bowl games. He had completely smacked down their defenses with a very nice passing raids back when he was one of the best dominant QB’s in college football. Now as a pro, he should be able to find a spot among his teamates. And yet, despite all the boos, the fans that had filled the Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati Ohio, knew very well that they were experiencing the debut of one of the players that are expected to make it to the very top of the game. Tebow has still to prove that he can keep up with the demanding learning curve. In his debut, Tebow completed 8 of his 13 pass attempts and moved the ball (considering he only played one quarter) for 105 yards. And sure, those of you who want to be a bit harder with the newbie will say that he completed his passes from dump-offs and against a very soft defense. Sure, but heck, on the final play Tebow went out there and scrambled 7 yards for a touchdown and manage to fly over Kyries Hebert, the last standing Bengals safety. Perhaps it was all the attention that Tebow was getting, but one thing is for sure: Orton was at his best last Sunday. Orton ended last season with 3,802 yards and 21 touchdowns. He had a completion % of 62.1 that is a pretty good improvement over his 57.8 career long mark. He completed 8 of 13 attempts for 84 yards and two TD’s against the Bengals. Sure, he might not be as famous or be such a merchandising and marketing strong name as Tebow is already. But he made it very evident that at least for now it is him, and not the rookie who is going to be starting the Broncos offense. The Broncos will be opening their NFL Regular season on September 12, 2010 vs the Jacksonville Jaguars. As of for now, the Jaguars are a -2½ point spread favorite for this first game.

Nukerworker’s NFL Picks @ ThatsMyBet.com

Hey guys. Off to Ohio Friday morn for a weekend of fun with the family in Sandusky (cedar point) and then off to the rock and roll hall of fame in Cleveland early next week. Maybe I’ll show them my web page . Would love to do the Browns game on Saturday against the Rams just to say I’ve been there done it but won’t arrive in the mistake by the lake until at least Monday.

Last weeks games produced 6 ties in the 16 games played. I would bet there will be at least that many more this week. The only thing about ties is you don’t really have a team to root for. One min you want 1 team to score then the next min you want the other team to score. Bit of a *****up really but the odds are huge if you can connect. I’ll just try again to pick three teams that I think can win on PL.

1V Colts 2.80 ….Are you *****in’ kiddin’ me? I watched both games last week because I bet against both teams. Manning had two drives and scored ten points on them. The Bills are in dire straits and I don’t mean the band. Jackson and Lynch are out and their QB’s couldn’t even make the Colts. I’m hoping Manning get 3 drives puts up 17 and that should do it. Colts looked bad last week after Manning left but they played a pumped up niners team who have three good preseason qb’s and Singletary wants to win every game. The bills have no good preseason qb’s and a coach who said he saw a lot of positives. What game was he watchin’?

4H Redskins @ 2.00 ….I’m a little biased here ’cause the ‘skins done me good last week although it was against the aforementioned bills. These teams are only about 50K apart so it’s almost like a local derby. I like the skins qb rotation and like I said last week Shanahan is trying to get a winning swagger in DC. This will be close no doubt but I’ll ride the tide with the ‘skins until further notice.

8H Browns @ 2.00 ….Brownies looked good in GB last week and actually won the game 27-24. Browns took a 14 zip lead let the packers tie it and still hung tough. Browns have a great qb rotation behind Delhomme that include Seneca Wallace and Ratliff both with starting expirience. And don’t forget rookie Colt McCoy out from the Longhorns who went 5/10 last week. Rams on the other hand are in another zone. There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the twilight zone. The Rams are in there somewhere.

Good luck gamblin’ and stay thirsty my friends. Back next week God willing and I’m able
